Job Description

Essential Functions:


1. Qualify leads from different source, turn qualified leads into sales.

2. Pass qualified leads to the field sales engineer if needs additional visit.

3. Selling products to end users primarily via the telephone or electronic channels.

4. Maintain contact with existing customers as well as develop new customers in order to achieve or exceed sales objectives.

5. Ensure leads are being followed up in a timely manner, manage leads to sales activity.

6. Data entry, CRM Data maintenance, provide information in CRM to increase effectiveness and aid sales.

Qualification:


1. Competent in telephonic communications and strong sales skill.

2. Strong insight into the customer needs, as well as ability to research the market and customer to create new opportunities.

3. Good at computer skill and CRM tool.

4. Good team player and able to work under pressure, excited about challenges and wants to continually learn.


5. Good understanding of sales process, familiar with industrial or automation products


Background required:


1. Native speaker for Japanese, fluence in English

2. Bachelor or above
