一、工作内容 Work Contents

1. 集团内部销售沟通。与集团总部及其他分公司的销售部门沟通与联系,执行集团总部的销售策略与计划。 Sales communication with group and other entities. Contract with group and other entities about sales business, follow up group sales strategy and planning.

2. 销售团队管理。整体掌握销售团队的工作安排,进行员工激励与业务技能提升以保证公司销售指标完成,并持续发展。Sales team management. Master the work arrangement of the whole sales team, make employee motivation and business skills improvement to ensure the achievement of company sales targets and continue to development.

3. 市场分析、预测及销售战略规划。及时收集国内外市场信息,开展市场调查,进行市场分析,并做出市场预测报告,为公司经营决策提供依据。Market analysis and forecast. Timely collect local and overseas market information , make market forecast report after making market research and analysis to support decisions of company business strategy.

4. 现有客户渠道维护与管理。维持与发展现有客户关系,并在现有客户中获得新的项目和业务以扩展公司销售。Current customers development and management. Maintain and develop current customers relationships , obtain new projects and business from current customers to expand sales turnover.

5. 潜在市场及新客户开发/基于公司战略及经营需要,不断开发潜在的新市场与新客户。Potential market and new customers development. Continue to development new potential market and new customers based on company strategy and business demands.

6. 销售预算制定及目标跟进及实现。季度销售滚动预测及年度销售预算制定,带领团队达成销售预算目标。Sales budget and target achievement. Make and follow up quarterly and yearly sales forecast and budget , lead the team to achieve sales budget target.

7. 内控及其他。监管重大客户投诉以及销售部门业务,指导销售团队成员及时并合理解决。Internal control and others. Supervise important customer complain and sales departments business , guide sales team members to solve reasonably and timely.


二、任职要求 Requirements

1. 市场营销或相关专业本科以上学历。 Bachelor Degree and above , Marketing or other relevant degrees.

2. 10年以上的市场营销工作经验,汽车零部件行业优先。 More than 10 years sales and marketing experiences with knowledge of automotive industry.

3. 核心技能和素质Key Skills and Competency:

(1)良好的团队领导力 Good team leadership.

(2)客户关注优先 Priority Customer Focus on.

(3)谈判能力及倾听技巧 negotiation skill and Listening Functional.

(4)独立解决及处理问题的能力ability of dealing with problems independently.

5. 熟练的英文读写和口头表达能力 Fluent English oral and written.
