Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Responsibilities

? Pro-actively support and coordinate with Sales Managers/Director based at our Shanghai office, or other locations when needed.

? Order processing, filling sales related documents and forecasting in close coordination with Logistics, Sales Managers and Customers, to ensure timely supply.

? Store and sort sales and non-sales documentation in electronic form.

? Keep track of customer requests by selecting, requesting and forwarding the appropriate information to the designated internal resources.

? Monitor inventories and manage/coordinate local warehouses to facilitate smooth deliveries to our customers in China and Asia Pacific.

? Coordination with Production and Supply Chain Management in our different locations, including China, Belgium, Chile and Australia.

? Coordination with Finance and Credit Control departments in China, Belgium and Chile.


Requirements

? Fluent in Chinese and English languages. Spanish is a plus, but not required.

? Master Degree, with a Business, Chemical, Marketing or Sales background. Or equivalent by experience.

? Familiar with MS Office suite. Knowledge of an ERP system is an advantage.

? Previous professional working experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative position is not strictly required, but desirable.

? International work and/or study experience abroad is a plus.
