Job Description

加拿大大西洋四省的国际管理酒店公司代招聘岗位

工作职责:

1、通过制定和实施提高销售额和平均利率的战略,实现客房平均收入指标的目标;掌握一年的销售和营销计划,每月开展与销售经理商定的活动,以实现目标细分和收入。

2、执行计划的电话营销销售,并参与销售经理指示的销售电话时介绍活动;维护有效的跟踪系统,以最大限度地利用酒店的未来业务。

3、熟悉酒店提供的所有设施,并根据公司政策积极推广相关物业;根据酒店政策进行现场检查并协助组织公关活动 。

4、确保及时有效地处理销售经理委托的销售信函,达到公司政策中规定的标准;确保与预订/取消相关的准确文件和信息传递给各部门,并在必要时协助操作。

5、了解收益率管理的原则,并根据酒店政策的要求,直接与销售经理就批量业务的价格谈判进行联系;向销售经理通报客人的意见/投诉,并同意采取积极行动以达到客人满意。

6、确保会议室预订的准确计费,并完全遵守规定的信贷政策;达到并超过物业规定的销售配额 ;为SM和DOS开发销售线索和预订预约,以鼓励新业务的发展。

7、维护所有销售线索、公司利率协议和建议;维护所有符合集团合同的预订。


任职要求:

1、有相关工作经验者,大专及以上学历,雅思达4分及以上,有良好的沟通能力。

2、遵守与卫生、健康和安全有关的所有事项,符合省法律和公司政。

3、根据酒店和公司政策的要求,协助团队成员的入职培训。

4、时刻维护酒店的良好形象。


Areas of Accountability:

1.Familiar with the 12-Month Sales and Marketing Plan, carrying out activities as agreed with the Sales Manager on a monthly basis in order to achieve targeted segments and revenue.

2.Maintain professionalism when dealing with telephone and walk-in inquiries, carry out planned telemarketing sales, and mail-out activity while participating in sales calls as directed by the Sales manager.

3.Maintain an effective Trace System in order to maximize on future business for the Hotel.

4.Fully conversant with all facilities offered by the Hotel and actively promote associated properties in accordance with company policy.

5.Carry out site inspections and assist with the organization of public relation events in accordance with the hotel policy.

6.Ensure Sales correspondence as delegated by the Sales Manager is dealt with promptly and efficiently achieving standards outlined in company policy.

7.Ensure accurate documentation and passing of information to departments in relation to bookings made/cancelled and assist with the operation as necessary.

8.Understand the principles of Yield Management and liaise directly with the Sales Manager regarding negotiation of rates in relation to volume business as required by Hotel policy.

9.Keep the Sales Manager advised of guest comments/complaints and agree positive action to achieve guest satisfaction.

10.Ensure accurate billing of meeting room bookings and full adherence to the credit policy as specified.

11.Meet and exceed sales quotas as outlined by the property.

12.Develops leads and books appointments for SM and DOS to encourage development of new business.

13.Maintains all sales leads, corporate rate agreements and proposals.

14.Maintains all FIT/Group contracts and bookings.


General Staff Duties:

1.To adhere to all matters relating to hygiene, health & safety in accordance with provincial laws and company policy.

2.To be aware of the action taken in the event of an emergency (such as fire and bomb threat) in accordance with procedures laid down by company and hotel policy.

3.To be committed to providing exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations; utilizing safe and financially sound solutions.

Sales Coordinator

1.To work and communicate in a professional and ethical manner with colleagues assisting where necessary to develop team spirit and to achieve standards of work and guest care as required by company policy.

2.To be committed to achievement of the company Mission Statement.

3.To achieve guest satisfaction by responding to and anticipating guests needs ensuring all comments and complaints are acted upon in accordance with hotel and company policy.

4.To take every opportunity to be a “sales person” by actively selling special promotions and facilities available within the property in order to contribute to overall profitability.

5.To assist with team member orientation and training within the department as required by hotel and company policy.

6.To maintain standards of punctuality, uniform presentation and personal hygiene.

7.To be aware of and comply with company and house rules.

8.To contribute to cost control through energy conservation and proper usage of storage of all materials/equipment as per departmental standards and manufacturers’ instructions.

9.To attend meetings as requested and to recognize the importance of contributing new ideas and initiative to the overall success of the operation.

10.To assist with cleaning duties in order to maintain a clean and well-ordered work area in line with hotel policy.

11.To be aware of and adhere to the procedures as written in the Hotel Crisis Communication Plan to ensure that any inquiries from the media are only responded to by the appointed spokesperson in line with company policy.

12.To contribute to the security of the building, company assets and guest/co-worker safety by reporting of suspicious persons and handling of keys/cash as appropriate to the position.


General:

1.Foster a spirit of teamwork while ensuring the department provides superior customer service to hotel employees and guests alike.

2.Maintains safe working conditions by following safety rules and procedures and notifies management of problems where necessary.

3.Ensures hotel management is informed of all unusual problems or matters of significance.

4.At all times projects a favorable image of the hotel to the public

5.Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with the corporate policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.

6.Other duties as required.
