The key elements of this role involve: The Sales Compensation Design Consulting Lead will play a significant role within our transformation. In this role you will work closely with various functions like sales, finance, HR, legal, and business leaders across the globe to identify and build innovative industry solutions along with our business and industry experts to drive ground-breaking change within our 11,000+ sales workforce. Implement and evolve Siemens' global multi-unit sales compensation design framework. Lead a team of compensation consultants providing advice and solutions to business units and countries in incentive design, modeling, and program management while ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and contractual obligations. Analyze and apply findings from dynamic market trends, thought leadership, and benchmarking studies. Continuously drive our strategy by acting as a consultant for various partners, collecting feedback, leading changes and providing advice and guidance to business units on incentive design and management. Follow external industry trends around Software as a Service, Product Sales, Solution and Service sales across our industry as we continue to progress on our digital journey and transformation. Establish and supervise compliance with sales compensation requirements addressing risks related to sales incentive compensation. Helping us drive our future vision, your toolkit may include these key skills The right person will be both strategic and analytical skills, and possess 10+ years of sales compensation, financial planning and modeling, project management, and people management experience. Multi-industry experience is critical. Ability to run projects and manage expectations (scope, results, timeline, risk, budget) in a highly dynamic and fluid working environment; along with the ability to lead sophisticated cross organizational, cross company interactions Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment You have modern, and strong leadership experience and skills, to empower, develop and inspire those around you and lead globally with disparate teams Must be a phenomenal teammate with strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, build consensus and the assertiveness to get things done Must have previous SAP ICM, Callidus, or similar Enterprise sales compensation tools experience University Business Degree required.
