Job Description

Develop new clients and nurture relationships with existing ones
Provide account servicing and early stage training to facilitate clients' usage of the platform
Responsible for monitoring performance to maintain number of active clients and reduce churn
Work closely with technical team to give feedback and product suggestions
Analyze market performance and produce weekly and monthly reports

Requirements:

• 1 year or above of experience in Sales, business development and account management; Fresh grads with intern experience will also be considered
• Candidates with startup or tech industry exposure is preferred but not a must
• Great with establishing rapport and maintaining relationships with customers
• Passionate and tech-oriented, understand the latest tech trend
• Good command of English and Cantonese
