Job Description
Position Summary
The purpose of the Sales Associate Role is to pro-actively find and close new Long Term Clients for SSBG Services. To accomplish this, the employee is to pro-actively attend business development & marketing events, locate & close new customers, and assist in the development of online and print marketing material.

Areas of Focus
Sales: 50%
- Locating potential customers and communicating to understand their business needs
- Proposing technical solutions developed by the Pre-Sales Team
- Negotiating & closing contract/project deals with new customers
- Working to ensure that Department Sales Targets and Marketing Goals are met or exceeded

Business Development: 20%
- Attending business development events
- Survey and gather information on potential customers and their business needs
- Research and information gathering on target markets and business related IT services

Marketing: 20%
- Development of new sales & marketing material (both EDM & Print)
- Addition of new content to website
- Administration of feedback & communication on website

Project Management: 10%
- Communications with customer and reporting for on-going projects


Department Responsibilities
Monthly:
- Individual Sales Pipeline Activity Reporting
- Newsletter Article Submission


Requirements
Education:
College Degree in general business, admin, or technical fields * Relevant Experience will be considered

Experience:
2+ Years in Sales Role * Relevant Experience will be considered

Languages:
English : Functional
Chinese: Functional

Skills & Attributes:
- Experience with Service Sales
- Pro-Active & Goal Orientated
- Comfortable with MS Office SW
* Relevant experience with other software considered
