Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide assistance to management in terms of business development and customer development, work as the coordinator to support the business establishment with new customers with regard to customer visit / audit, facility qualification, product portfolio, certification requirement, product registration, basic OEM requirements such as quotation and price update, lead time and payment term and shipment term confirmation, brand/trademark authorization, business contract / agreement review, etc., to enable the customer ready to place the FIRST order of related product model to the company;
- Follow up new project plan with other company departments closely, ensure it meets the product launch schedule that fulfills customer’s request in terms of product delivery, so as to get the order from customer in time and keep the management updated about the status/progress;
- Interface customers with other company departments such as PD, QC and QA to support customers’ requests.
- Liaise with customers to maintain a good customer relationship. Provide necessary service to the customers for the sake of business growth, i.e. reply to the requests and/or inquiries from customers in a timely and polite manner, keep customer updated about product information, as the contact window from the company and assist the customer to get the right information required through the right channel, etc.;
- Communicate with customers on a regular basis about sales forecasting and order booking and provide update for the development of production planning and shipment scheduling;
- Support sample request from customer for new business development, follow up and ensure all samples delivered timely and properly and keep customer posted about sample delivery;
- Prepare, keep record and maintain all the quotation to clients in good orders and with high accuracy;
- Work with customers with regard to collection of payment, disputes in sales contracts or misalignment on business terms when necessary;
- Arrange and attend domestic exhibitions and international exhibitions including but not limit to: Booth confirmation, Samples, Posters, Catalogues, booth set up, booth dismantle, business cards collection;
- Prepare and follow up periodic sales reporting and update the daily work to the management;
- Work as interpreter at meetings or exhibitions and/or business trips upon requests of the management;
- Responsible for carrying out periodic client satisfactory survey for analysis and continuous improvement inside the organization to delight the customers;
- Take other duties as assigned related to the business and communication with the customer.
QUALIFICAITON REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree or above (Major in English, Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade or similar);
- Punctual in numbers and good at mathematics;
- Fluent in oral English and excellent skills in written English;
- Adapted to business travelling both inside and outside China;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Customer service oriented, strong sales ability and business acumen;
- Ability to solve problems creatively, strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets, can work under pressure;
- Self-motivated, Team player and Professional Attitude;
- Have at least three years proven record in sales function or sales related;
- Good experience with exhibition arrangement
- Knowledge of International Trade and relevant Laws, Regulations, Process and Procedures;
- Proficient in MS Office software etc.
