As a Sales Assistant you will be responsible for create, and maintain database to analysis sales performance, in Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in Shanghai, China.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will support sales team for marketing, contract and database setup.

Your responsibilities

• Assisting Sales for internal process handle, lg: contract, Iprocess
• Supporting bidding documents preparation
• Support sales team for marketing, contract, database setup
• Knowing well of Sale Force system
• Creating and maintaining database to analysis sales performance

Your background

• 3 years of assistant experiences
• Good skill of Microsoft Office
• A Bachelor’s degree or above
• Good people communication skill
• Good at written English
• Team working spirit
