Sales Assistant - Your Future Position?
As a Sales Assistant in our Fragrance Division, you will support the day to day management of Unilever China Account. Sound interesting? It could well be your perfect opportunity. Project Coordination

• Oil / product application sample requests & follow up
• QC clearance and submission samples & documents
• Base registration and coordination
• New Win Tracking
• Responsible for price, formulation is well triggered from commercial side for supply chain production for new fragrance (NBO, Localization, Price Quotation, etc.)
• Market Sample purchase
• Product Service Coordination

Administrative

• Travel arrangements and expense statement
• General support - Sample/document dispatch, tracking, meeting coordination etc

Client Requests

• Oil/ Sample requests
• Project documentations
• Safety docs for fragrances
• Other documents
• Support on customer events and workshops

Your professional profile includes:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Experience in a Customer Service/Business to business/coordinator role in another industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with English
• Good PC operation skills
• Excellent analysis skills, responsible and careful
• Mature, hardworking and team player
• Confidence and a quick learner
