Job Description

1.接收客户询价,经意大利确认报价后回复客户;

Receive inquiries from customers, Reply to customer after quotation confirmed by Italy;

2.接收客户订单;确认订单的交期、交付条件、付款条件、技术参数、运输方式、产品价格与运输等额外费用;收到订单5-7天

内确认并回传给客户;

Receiving customer orders;Confirm the delivery time, delivery conditions, payment conditions, technical parameters,

mode of transport, product price and transportation and other extra costs of the order;Confirm and send back to

customer within 5~7 days after receiving the order;Customer order status statistics

3.将产品交期、技术参数等客户户要求反馈给PMC;

Feedback product delivery time, technical parameters and other customer requirements to PMC

4.根据销售经理与客户确定的报价制作与签订销售合同;

Make and sign sales contract according to quotation confirmed by sales and customer.

5.出货文件的准备;外销订单需要准备报关单证,与货代联系订舱,核对提单,追踪出口全过程。

Preparation of shipping documents;Export orders need to prepare customs declaration documents, contact the

forwarder for booking space, check the bill of lading, and track the whole process of export.

6.确认不同客户、不同产品和不同数量的折扣清单

Confirm discount lists for different customers, different products and different quantities

7.销售额统计及分析(按照客户、产品类型、国家或区域等);

Sales statistics and analysis (by customer, product type, country or region, etc.)

8.客户退换货与投诉的接收、沟通并跟进

Receive, communicate and follow up customer's complaint

9.销售部所有文件的制作及存档;提供进出口计划合同资料; Production and filing of all documents of the sales department;Provide contract information of import and export

plan

10.编制年季月度产品销售计划并按时交计划生产同时,随时关注生产计划完成进度和监督产品质量问题; Prepare annual, quarterly and monthly product sales plan and hand in the production plan on time;Keep track of

the production plan and supervise the product quality at the same time,

11.编制销售统计报表,做好销售统计核算基础管理工作,建立健全各种原始记录,及时汇总填报年、季、月度销售统计报表;

Compile sales statistical statements, do a good job in the basic management of sales statistical accounting,

establish and improve all kinds of original records, and timely summarize and fill in annual, quarterly and monthly

sales statistical statements;

12.及时与客户、技术部门的交流、沟通,缩短顾客反映问题的响应时间,提高顾客满意度;

Timely communication with customers and technical departments to shorten the response time for customers to

report problems and improve customer satisfaction;

13.拟定销售管理办法,拟订本部门工作目标;

To formulate sales management methods and work objectives of the department;

14.按时完成公司领导交办的其他工作

Finish other tasks assigned by leaders on time

15.每周一将销售统计报表发给各相关领导.

Send the sales statistic report to leaders every Monday.

岗位要求:

1、大专或以上学历,英语/外贸/市场营销专业;

College degree or above,and major in English/foreign trade/marketing;

2、须具备二年以上外贸业务操作和客户维护经验,英语书写良好、口语流利,

At least 2 years experience in foreign trade operation and customer maintenance, good command of written and

spoken English.

3、擅长与国外客户沟通.

Good at communicating with foreign customers.

备注:此职位共招2人,1人在上海办事处上班,1人在东莞公司上班。

This position is open for 2 persons, 1 working in Shanghai office and the other working in dongguan company.
