Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide sales assistance and administrative support to sales managers to achieve sales targets in professional ways

1. Commercial supports to sales: follow up all order process, enquiry-order-AO-shipment-payment collection for Chinese. Coordination between plants and customers on material delivery schedule, documentation, payment, and so on.

2. For important and urgent issues on orders and customers: quickly contact and report to related sales/managers/logistics to coordinate and make quick decision to maintain good business relation to reach sales target.

3. Office administration: Make expense reports and flights reservation. Sales meeting supports. Business trip arrangement (tickets/hotels/schedule…)


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree from science/Business school

2. Sales assistance or related working experience in multinational group

3. Must have excellent skill in windows (XL word and ppt). French should be a plus.

4. Fluent English in both written and spoken

5. Strong communication skills both externally and internally

6. Excellent ability to work under pressure and target oriented

7. Commercial sense, high efficiency, patience - Easy going person able to collaborate with colleagues
