Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate within Sales team and related staffs for assigned tasks with relation to the sales and marketing of products
2. Assist with Sales Manager in tracing orders and delivery status in a timely manner
3. Assist with Sales Manager in contacting relevant customers for shipments coordinating, forecast, new customers development, etc.
4. Provide sales administrative supports, such as translating communication materials, establishing and managing files, recording and following-up import/export procedures
5. All the other tasks assigned by the manager
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with major in Sales Administration, International Trade or similar
2. 5+ years relevant experience of similar position in a WOFE company
3. CET 6 Certificate with good oral and written English communication skills
4. Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
5. Good organizing and planning skills
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7.Ability to work under pressure with a willing-to-learn and “can do” attitude
