Job Description

Key responsibilities:


  • Reviewing quotation/contracts and relevant terms & other commercial documents,
  • Sales order input, follow-up & delivery tracing,
  • Support/assistance in sales process and other relevant activities, exhibitions,


  • Purchase ordering & importing Demo machines & spare parts, and controlling Demo inventory,
  • Checking/tracing relevant evaluation/loan agreements of Demo machine and arranging logistics etc.


  • Handling import & export and other logistics relevant matters.


  • Maintain CRM S/M input in daily basis.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree in commercial, international trade or related subjects,
  • Above 2 years working experience in sales administration or logistics,
  • Knowledge of international trade terms and import & export business,
  • Good command in English,
  • Familiar with ERP/SAP system is preferred,
  • Diligent and positive working attitude.
