Main Duties:
1. He/she will develop a network of contacts, relationships and connections in the community of HHP engine OEMs and their dealers/packagers/customers, in order to intercept projects and system designs which include emissions abatement systems;
2. His/Her duties begins during the pre-sales phase, via exploratory interviews and preparatory discussions with potential clients, technical-commercial partners and public authorities, when he/she will represent Hug and introduce Hug’s technology and performance;
3. He/she will then manage the sales transactions in terms of corporate compliance and commercial content until final hand-over to project management;
4.He/she will monitor the market situation concerning competition and environmental legislation.
Responsibilities -
1. He/she will maintain and monitor a pipeline of potential business opportunities and, at the right time, collect and organize in a fruible format all the project information required to prepare a suitable technical and commercial proposal;
2. He/she will arrange the content of the commercial proposal (pricing, delivery schedule, terms and conditions, etc.) in accordance with Hug guidelines and negotiate it in agreement with Hug senior management;
3.He/she will provide reporting about sales forecast and progress of each single opportunity under his/her responsibility;
4.He/she will initiate/recommend alliances with partners beneficial to the business development.
Qualifications -
1. Education: M.Sc. Engineering preferably major in Mechanical/Energetic/Marine/Chemical/Environmental
2. Experience in sales (front office) and application engineering (back office) of companies selling products/plants/vehicles comprising gas/diesel engines such as genset packagers, EPC contractors, shipyards or companies selling exhaust after-treatment systems for engines (including automotive).
