• VON ARDENNE needs a capable safty engineer, where you are mainly responsible for safty and EHS managment based in China. The successful candidate of this position is reporting to the General Manager in solid line and to VGM in dotted line. The safty engineer interfaces to the VON ARDENNE headquarter in terms of EHS topics.

YOUR TASKS

• Setup the EHS especially safety management system in China

• Conduct the hazardous analysis for the production, assembly, machine installation and create the preventive safety action plan

• Work with the assembly coordinator, warehouse coordinator, installation engineer to ensure zero heavy accidents on site

• Coordinate to handle the possible accidents, accident report and give lessons to all relevant personnel

• Safety and EHS training to all new and old employees

• Conduct the regular safety/EHS audit and report to top management

• Ensure VAVE meets all EHS and safety regulations of China

• Work with headquarter to introduce the safety requirement into China.

YOUR PROFILE B

• achelor’s degree in technical or related industrial engineering field;

• Minimum 5 – 10 years of relevant professional experience in management of safty and EHS in machinery industries;

• Profound knowledge of EHS and the relevant regilations of China

• Spoken and written English;

• Excellent communication skills and trainings skill;

• Excellent saftey and compliance awareness;

• Excellent execuation abilty
