职位描述:
1. Build rules and mechanisms for cross-function and cross-region teams to cooperate; Include but not limited to China, the United States, Southeast Asia, Japan and India;
2. Facilitate the coordination among strategy, marketing, sales, pre-sales and customer support teams to drive business development and meet business objectives;
3. Deliver regular reports of progress review in your region;
4. Identify issues in existing operations and develop optimization plans;
5. Manage third-party agencies;
6. Other key projects support.

1. 5+ years of project management, consulting, or marketing operations experience;
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly communicate in written documents, and to deliver regular updates and feedback;
3. Excellent team work and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team;
4. Experience of leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple projects simultaneously;
5. Experience of working with C-level executives;
6. "Always Day 1" spirit and passionate to grow with the organization;
7. Fluency in both English and local language is required.
