Then come and join our global team as Warehouse Manager to optimize our warehouse for higher quality and Efficiency.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will be responsible for daily operation of whole warehouse department, inc. people management and target achievement, to ensure stock accuracy, all transaction in system and master data maintained in time and correctly, all operations are in line with company and quality process:

• Lead and train warehouse team, to check and ensure the warehouse process and operation are compliance with the quality system and process house.

• Take good control and management to warehouse material. Regular stock taking and difference control, to ensure no discrepancy between system and physical.

• Continuous improvement for warehouse though 3i or lean management.

• Make sure the good 5S tidy and order of warehouse. Ensure the safety operation in warehouse. Continue improvement the warehouse site management.

• Make sure the correctness and timely update and maintain of SAP and recorder booking.

• Good management of boned warehouse, ensure the operations meet the requirement of law and compliance.

• Support procurement to implement localization strategy for the material cost saving.

• Efficient communication with internal and external.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You have bachelor degree, major in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, etc.

• You are proficient in SAP usage.

• You are quick learner and resourceful self-starter, you have Intercultural sensitivity, clear logic, good communication and strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation, collaboration and influencing.

• Open and positive thinking, self-motivated, accountable, able to work under high pressure & handle multiple tasks.

• You have Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
