Our client is a major Hong Kong institution and we are currently engaged to identify a Head of Corporate Services running all hard and soft services for a 1000+ headcount organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site Corporate Services team contractors across both Soft and Hard services to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of workplace and critical facilities;
• Spearheading strategies to steer the corporate's future in a positive direction from CRES point of view with Strategic change and transformation planning;
• Establish long term optimization planning with vision to drive change through different phrases

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Building Services Engineering, Surveying, Real Estate Management or relevant disciplines;
• Over 20 years of experience within the Corporate Real Estate Services space with at least 12 years at managerial level;
• Proven exposure in leading/driving/implementing changes in a complex environment
• People oriented, acute and progressive in driving changes with strong people management skills
• Fluency in Cantonese and English is strictly required for this position
