Job Description
上海市

Receiving, Copying, filing and maintaining the quality system document and technical document, incl. maintaining confidential files; responsible for safeguarding confidential data


Manage office supply for the team members


Support the preparation of document, incl. office document, customer document, etc.


Translating, typing, editing, copying, checking document for the process owners and the team members, incl. typing correspondence, presentation materials,statistics, reports, etc.


Distributing, filing document for the process owners and the team members


Take minutes of meeting, take and transcribe short-hand dictation, provide verbal translation


Transmit messages, make meeting arrangements, appointment, receive visitors


Maintain the internal mail-box/document holder for the team members


Organize travel arrangements and accommodations for process/sub-process owners and the staffs, planning and coordinating visitor's programs


Perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned on an adhoc basis by the process owner


Other tasks assigned by superiors


任职要求:

Bachelor Degree in Administration is preferred, CET6 or Above is preferred.

Good communication skills
