Responsibilities:

Follow up the production achievement and propose preventives actions regarding material availabity to ensure production plan realization. Carry out material supply analysis weekly to avoid any shortage.

Plan the raw materials requirement based upon forcast and prouction plan in MRP system, release the PR to buyer within the right lead time, maintain planning parameters in system.

Work out the risk buy list to sales or customer for approve and release.

Rescheudle the materials pull in plan based on the forecast or production plan change, responsible for setting up a proper raw materials and components inventory levels.

Record, analysis and report any material cost change, excess and obsoltete materials to sales or customer for agreement, execute the material change or use up.

Analyze data to determine opportunities to decrease inventory, improve customer service levels and reduce total costs.

Monitor, measure, analysis and report supplier performance (OTD, quality and service) with buyer.

Interface with engineering, purchasing, program management, operations as required.

Primary requirement:

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.

Min 5 years working experience at Material Planner position or above. Material Planning, inventory management experience in a high level.

Good knowledge of ERP, skillful MRP implementation.

Excellent written and spoken English is well.

Skillful MS office skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook & PPT

Good analytical and problem solver skills, LEAN experience performance is prefer.
