Senior function testing engineer General Requirement
高级功能测试工程师基本需求
1. 3年以上相关功能测试经验包含两年以上的测试管理经验
3+ years functional testing experience and at least 2+ years testing management experience;
2. 良好的会议组织协调能力以及多任务处理能力。
Meeting project deadlines/Coordinating people and teams/Multitasking
3. 出色的领导力以及执行力。
Executing effective leadership/Communicating in both a written and verbal form
4. 较强的问题分析以及解决能力
Strong analytical & problem solving skills
5. 熟悉标准软件测试流程，需求评审以及系统影响分析
Familiar with stand software testing process, Requirement review/impact analysis
6. 熟练使用测试工具比如：HP ALM,LR,Site Scope,SOAPUI,PLSQL,TFS
Familiar with testing tools like ALM,LR,Site Scope,SOAPUI,PLSQL,TFS etc.
7. Familiar with TCP/IP、HTTP、SOAP protocols.
熟练掌握TCP/IP、HTTP、SOAP等通讯协议；
8. Familiar with Portal, Telematics system test, In-vehicle info system test is a plus.
熟悉大型系统网站、车联网系统测试、车载娱乐信息系统测试优先；
9. Minimum of CET band 4, and with fluently reading and writing technical document in English
英语四级以上，能熟练阅读并编写英文技术文档
10. Strong problem solving, communication skills and integrative team player
有责任心，具备较强解决问题的能力，有良好的沟通能力和团队精神
