This exciting role offers opportunity to: Manage and improve supplier quality indicators; Conducted supplier development quality review, production parts approval and production capacity assessment (PPAP); Conducted process audit for suppliers and organized their process quality improvement, and pushed suppliers to establish a stable quality management system; Timely deal with supply quality problems in the production line and client, organize suppliers to analyze and propose targeted rectification, tracking and evaluation; Continuously improve the quality management procedures and processes of the existing feeding parts; Collect supplier quality data, conduct annual statistical evaluation on supply quality performance, propose improvement targets and supervise the implementation; Initiate and coordinate quality improvement projects. Qualifications Qualifications - Internal Major in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor degree; Experience in power transmission and distribution equipment manufacturing, low voltage electrical equipment manufacturing is preferred; Familiar with quality system ISO9001 or ISO/TS16949, have the ability to establish and improve the quality control process of incoming parts; Familiar with basic knowledge of machining, heat treatment, surface treatment, material science (metal), electronic components manufacturing, etc. Understand common quality methods and technologies: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, G8D, etc. More than 3 years working experience in SQE; Strong oral and written communication skills and business negotiation skills; Proactive, flexible, serious and responsible; Strong analytical ability and execution ability; Able to bear hardships and stand hard work, strong communication and coordination ability, with team spirit.
