2-3 years in recruitment with strong focus on metrics

Role – Student Programs Recruiter
Student Programs Recruiter works closely with a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinators in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The role requires to work with business leaders, build relationship with multiple stakeholders across teams and with education colleges/ campuses, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.

Responsibilities
  • Implement plans & solutions of Students Program team for campuses across Greater China and deliver results
  • Implement large scale plans to achieve desired hiring numbers and branding objectives
  • Be the relationship owner of assigned campuses and build Amazon brand among stakeholders such as placement cell, placement coordinators, students to improve hiring quality and numbers
  • Assist the campus team in internal processes such as intern conversion, onboarding etc.
  • Design and implement projects within team to improve candidate experience on and off campus
  • Manage the local businesses and relevant senior stakeholders by becoming sole point of contact for their campus related activities for SDE and AI/ML hiring
