• a Software Engineer for the M2M team located in Beijing, you will contribute to the development of wireless communication modules that will be used in automotive, industrial and other M2M applications globally.

A week in the life of a Software engineer:

• You will develop software for wireless modules used in M2M communication according to project plans.
• You will integrate new features.
• You will improve existing features and functionality and perform corresponding troubleshooting.
• You will prepare the required software documentation.
• You will stay up-to-date about M2M products and markets.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

? To succeed at this job, you must have:

o Proficiency programming in C, C++ and Java;

o Experience with embedded-real-time-systems programming, preferably ARM and related operating systems;

o Familiarity with modem application development, includes the following technologies: AT command, RIL, Telephony Framework, PPP, Ethernet over USB etc.

o Familiarity with network communication, especially TCPIP protocols;

o Experience working on teams and experience using software configuration management and development tools to compile and debug software;

? It would be preferred if you have:

o Experience developing products with 3GPPP protocols such as NBIOT, LTE, HSPA, WCDMA, GPRS and GSM.

o Experience working on Qualcomm platform like MDM9206, MDM9X35, MDM 9x50 etc.

? You must be fluent in English.

? You must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Telecommunication or Computer Engineering.

? We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of related experience.
