• College degree in Electronics and mechanical Engineering/ or Equivalent
• With at least 8 years’ experience in SMT engineering
• Knowledge in SMT equipment Assembelon; Siplace; Mirare; DEK; reflow; AOI; Wave
• Good experience in machine understanding and repair; fine-turn;
• Good at machine TPM and Down time control
• Knowledge in troubleshooting, good at SMT process
• Good in English communication skills Reading/Writing and verbal
• Knowledge in SMT;AOI program
• Good Characteristics
• Can work long odd hours with less supervision and good team player
