Detailed Description:

 

As a Signal Integrity Engineer, you will be part of an exciting team developing, delivering high speed (112Gbps and above) and high density products such as servers /storages /communications. Your major duties will be to serve as the signal integrity analyst participating in products development and provide the support to external and internal customers, team members, and others during R&D phase with the SI solution.

Specific Job Responsibilities:
1.        PCB solution including material selection and stack-up definition.
2.        3D/2D passive channel modeling.
3.        Perform Signal Integrity pre-layout and post-layout analysis in R&D phase.
4.        Define guidelines for PCB layout, manage constraints and review artwork.
5.        Cooperate with R&D team and other signal test engineers on debugging, failure analysis and fixing issues discovered during test.
6.        Power Integrity simulation and analysis for system power distribution.

 

Qualifications:
1.        BA or MS in Electrical Engineering / Circuit and Systems / Communications / Microwave or related.
2.        Understanding of theory of Electromagnetic and Transmission-line is preferred.
3.        Understanding of one of the typical theory of Signal Integrity， High-speed digital design or high-speed digital design methodologies such as PDA, DOE&RSM is preferred.
4.        Understanding of theory bases of DDR and SerDes is preferred.
5.        Understanding of theory based of Power Integrity or PDN analysis is preferred.
6.        Practice and experience on using of one of the EDA tools such as HFSS/CST, ADS, Hspice, HyperLynx, PowerSI, Speed2000, Allegro, QSI is preferred.
7.        Familiar with measurement tools such as Digital scope, TDR, VNA or BERT is preferred.
