Responsibility 主要职责: Understand switchgear license partner business, promote the license concept to panel builder together with sales and BD 理解开关柜授权合作伙伴业务模式，与销售和BD一起向盘厂推广授权合作伙伴业务理念; Pre-Audit, evaluate & develop the candidate panel builder be license partner as well as the startup training with Switchgear technology, production, assembly etc. 预审核，评估和发展候选盘厂成为许可合作伙伴，并对其进行开关柜技术，生产，装配等方面的起步培训; License partner management incl. annual partner performance review and quality audit 开关柜授权合作伙伴管理，包括年度合作伙伴绩效审核和质量审核 Switchgear promotion material, fighting guides preparation, together with promotion activity e.g. seminar, catalogue, presentation, exhibition, reference etc., provide efficient feedback and switchgear support to sales, partners and end users 开关柜宣传材料，竞争对手分析的准备，以及市场推广活动参与，如研讨会、样本、宣讲、展览、业绩等，向销售，合作伙伴和最终用户提供有效的反馈和开关柜支持， Project technical support for license partners, incl. promotion, bidding, production and quality audit. 开关柜授权合作伙伴项目技术支持，包括推广、招标、生产、质量审核。 To help sales & support engineers for switchgear technical proposal, technical clarification and competitive reference. Train the internal & external colleagues for the switchgear knowledge 帮助销售和支持工程师提供开关柜技术方案，技术澄清和竞争分析。对内部和外部同事进行开关柜知识培训 Work with sales & marketing to proactively obtain market trends and requirements for future switchgear technical needs. Capture and document the market situation. 与销售和市场部门合作，积极获取市场趋势和需求，以满足未来开关柜技术需求。捕捉并记录市场情况。 Base on the Market requirements and trends of LV switchgear application, Participate & excite the R&D for switchgear technology upgrade. 基于开关柜的市场的应用需求及发展趋势，参与开关柜的迭代、升级的研发。 Work experience 任职要求: Bachelor's degree or above on Electrical and/or automation control 电气及/或自动化控制专业本科及以上学历 5years+ of working experience on Power distribution. 5年以上配电工作经验。 Rich experience in sales supporting and marketing 丰富的销售支持和市场经验 Good Process management & Communication skill 良好的流程管理和沟通技巧 Understood the standard of related switchgear as well as the stucture of Switchgear 了解相关开关柜设备的标准及产品结构 Familiar with the Structure Design & 3D design Software, e.g. Solid works 熟练掌握结构设计3D建模软件如SolidWorks Organization: Smart Infrastructure Company: Siemens Ltd., China Experience Level: Experienced Professional Full / Part time: Full-time
