Your mission and responsibilities:

1. Support sales and drive MR business growth in local region. Collect marketing in formations and make competitors analysis to develop the business strategy in local region. 收集跟踪市场动态，包括竞争态势、客户需求、产品变化等信息，以支持产品部及一线销售团队的销售预测及计划。

2. Provide regular internal training for regional sales with product knowledge and competition analysis. 定期对销售及代理商进行内部培训，包括产品知识更新，竞争对手分析。

3. Maintain the relationship with local luminary, build excellent show site in local region. 维护本地客户关系，建立出色的窗口医院，注重专家关系。

Your qualifications and experiences:

?Good communication skills and team work spirit

? Proactive and self motivated

? Relevant Product and applications knowledge

? Reference site /key account management for customer satisfaction and relationship maintenance

? Field sales experience is a plus

? Bachelor or above degree in medicine, biotechnology, bioengineering.
