Main Task
Perform supplier quality management per global supplier quality strategy
Perform supplier quality system and process assessment, driving for conintuous improvement
Conduct supplier selection and qualification
Lead the material qualificiation (FAI ) and Critial To Quality process control and inspection plan
Evaluate and verify supplier process controls and supplier quality systems, analyze product failures, facilitate writing and/or approve results of corrective actions of suppliers
Work with supplier for regular performance review, driving for corrective and preventive actions
Peform quarterly/yearly supplier evaluation
Peform the supplier audit per plan
Work with production, engineering for material quality problem solution
Other Tasks assigned by SQE Leader and QM
Requirements / 要求
Education / 教育背景
・ College diploma in Mechanical/Electronic or its equivalent.
Experience /经验
・ 2+ years experience in supplier quality management.
・ Experience in maching,painting and heat treatment process quality control is preferred
Other skills /其他技能
・ Proactive working attitudes
・ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are required
・ Strong at driving activities for good results, solution and continuous improvement
