岗位职责:

Essential Job Functions
Marketing Planning and Strategy
? Based on objectives, budget, and general directives provided from Red Lion corporate marketing, the APAC Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating the annual APAC marketing plan and calendar, for managing the APAC marketing budget, and establishing success metrics.
? Will work collaboratively with corporate marketing in US, and regional APAC sales managers and ensure marketing roadmap and budget align, and demand generation goals are achieved.
? The Manager will be an advocate for all marketing needs within APAC.

Marketing Execution
This position will be responsible for coordinating the details to execute the APAC marketing plan activities, working in conjunction Red Lion corporate marketing, and local APAC resources. Marketing plan activities to include the items listed below:
? Translations and localizations: This position will be responsible for coordinating all translation and content localization projects for APAC region. Specifically, this will include translations and appropriate modifications of content to localize for best success in APAC business markets. This may include managing relationships with vendors that provide translation services, on Red Lion marketing content projects such as: website, press releases, advertisements, sales presentations, literature, training materials, email campaigns, etc.

? Content and materials development; In addition to localizing existing content, this position will be the connection point to recommend and develop new marketing materials that may be needed by the APAC sales team such as: customer case studies, press releases, video production, and sales presentations. Creation of new materials may include working with resources from corporate marketing, local sales managers and distributors, or working with vendors. The Manager is responsible for marketing materials ordering, inventory, printing, storage, and distribution of items such as literature, signs, gifts, displays.

? Websites: Responsible for current and accurate content on all Red Lion websites relevant for APAC. Conduct website updates to keep current with new products and programs coming from corporate marketing. Propose and develop new content and improvements such as: landing pages, Google adword campaigns, training content, videos, etc. Coordinates with corporate Online Marketing Manager, and may work with local providers.

? Sales lead documentation and follow up Ensure sales leads resulting from marketing activities (tradeshows, partner events, web marketing, etc.) are documented within both marketing automation and CRM programs correctly, and ready for follow up and by sales team. Coordinate first initial lead response contact mailing catalog, or sending an email contact campaign following tradeshows. Maintains/updates the APAC ‘automatic lead response’ letters in Salesforce.com to ensure they are appropriate and accurate.

? Advertising For target key markets, research, plan, and coordinate Red Lion advertisements for online web portals, print magazines, and sponsorships such as email marketing advertisements. Develop and maintain search engine adword campaigns with offers for brand awareness and sales lead generation.

? Event Planning Tradeshows Research, plan and execute Red Lion tradeshow schedule in APAC to be within budget and with a professional corporate presence that reflects positively on Red Lion brand and achieves sales lead objectives. Work with Red Lion team members to plan and execute event logistics from paperwork, show displays, demos, PR, schedule communications, sales lead documentation, and act as onsite show coordinator.

? Event Planning, Partners Coordinate all planning and logistics for partner events, such as training sessions or larger partner meetings. Logistics include such as site planning, invitations, materials preparation, onsite event coordinator, and follow up reporting.

? Press Relations Works to obtain press coverage for Red Lion products through press releases, interview opportunities, and/or press events whenever possible. Works with corporate marketing and/or local resources to write and distribute news to APAC media list of editors and to Red Lion websites.

? Partner Marketing Support Act as liaison to Red Lion partners to encourage marketing by Red Lion products that include Red Lion products. Manage APAC cooperative marketing credit program on coordination with Global Channel Manager local APAC sales managers. Support requests and needs for materials, signs, etc. from partners to help their Red Lion marketing efforts.

? Webcast and product launches Create and delivery local language webcast versions of corporate webcasts such as training or QLP product launch webcast. Coordinate logistics of email invitations, arranging presenter, and use Go To Meeting as webcast meeting software.

? Email marketing Recommend and develop email marketing content and offers, such as email newsletters, demand generation campaigns, sales lead follow up, training sessions, etc.

? Project tracking Maintains project list dialogue with corporate marketing office to keep communications on current activities and provide reports of results on some activities.



任职资格:

Minimum Requirements
? A Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline from a recognized four-year college or university is required for this position.
? Five or more years of related marketing experience, including some level of prior budget management responsibility in a similar marketing or management role.
? Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese including the ability to write clear reports, business correspondence and marketing materials; make presentations, updates or informal talks to small groups such as executives and sales managers; and present information to and respond to questions from groups of managers, distributor partners, end-user customers, and members of the media and general public.
? Proven project management skills.
? Ability to excel in a team working environment, including part of virtual work teams.
? Willing to travel up to 20%
