岗位职责:

1. Meet business needs in HR aspects and builds up bridge between HR and business departments.
2. Provide support on day-to-day performance management including coaching, counseling, career development and disciplinary actions.
3. Advise business workforce development through efficient recruiting and staffing.
4. Facilitate organization ongoing needs analysis activities and manage change.
5. Investigate and resolve day-to-day employee relations problems, either directly or through advice to line management.
6. Utilize in-depth knowledge of legal requirements to day-to-day management of associates, mitigating legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
7. Undertake HR projects and initiatives as required.



任职资格:

1) Bachelor degree or above
2) 5+ years of experience in HRBP role with proven track record supporting senior business leader
3) Strong understanding of a range of HR disciplines including compensation, talent acquisition, performance management, employee development and employee relations.
4) Ability to build strong relationships, earning the confidence and trust of senior managers and team members.
5) High level of self-motivation. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
6) Experience working in global or international organizations, comfortable to communicate in both written and oral English.
7) Ability to handle conflict situation, change management.
