Job details:
Operations team is looking for a talented, social, experienced, and hardworking student to join us as a biz analyst and be responsible on providing execution support cross SFIP organization, manage tracking activities/indicators and reporting.
The student is an integral part of the team and will partner with other analysts on projects and in support of major analysis.
The role includes the following responsibilities:
� Perform project status analysis, updates, and control over project's progress and compliance using different scheduling tools
� Support existing Project management indicators and develop new indicators in high quality and standards
� Manage org's budget, plan and analyze spending and resources trends
� Own and manage dashboards and systems
Qualifications
Qualifications:
� Registered student in one of the following departments: Industrial engineering, Business Administration or Economics with at least 2 years of studies ahead - MUST
� Availability of at 3 days a week -MUST . 4 days availability is preferred
� Good English level - written and spoken
� Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, organized, good analytical skills.
� Projects management orientation or experience. Good understanding of planning and tasks management
� Knowledge in Microsoft (Office) applications with emphasis on advanced knowledge in Excel (Pivot Tables, Database queries, Conditional formatting etc.)
� Strong analytical and deep data analysis capabilities, problem- solving, attention to details and ability to work with large databases
