• Maintain master data for new materials, and send to Controlling Dept. for releasing the cost.
• Daily update on ZVPC, green lights for delivery after receiving SFC or sales confirmation.
• Create export documents according to SAP and delivery schedule.
• Check the SAP system to create the delivery, post the goods.
• Input SAP stock-in figures according to warehouse inbound weight list.
• Input SAP stock-in figures for packing materials according to receipts.
• Pass necessary documents (packing lists, proforma invoices, shipping instructions, etc.) to truck agent for Customs clearance and loading.
• Input Packing material manual consumption in SAP according to production consumption report.
• Input Out-sourced assembly bricks inbound to SAP according to repeipts.
• Other functions or services as required in SCM daily business operation.
