Major tasks/ Project Management：

？SCM APAC region project management, implement and monitor on all plant

？SCM project action regular review and tracking

？New sales project SCM launch coordinator

？Coordinate with Global SCM to figure out the transfer project planning for long terms/medium term/short term

？Define the transfer project requirements according capacity situation on the region

？Coordinate the transfer project developer management

？Regional responsible for transfer project forecast

Major tasks/ WoC management：

？WoC inventory management

？WoC inventory project target proposal in the future and result tracking

？WoC inventory action define and tracking with related plant and function

Major task/ capacity levelling:

？Comparison of the regional production capacities of the individual plants in relation to sales

？Coordinate with Global SCM to figure out the Global capacity leveling for long terms/medium term/short term- analysis, coordination and balance

？Regional capacity reporting on all plants of the regions

？Identifying / escalating bottlenecks in the long term

？Communicate with Global SCM for capacity allocation

？Long terms sales planning analysis

？Long terms sales planning project manufacturing location choose and confirm according capacity situation

？Support for machine investment planning

？Support for budget planning

？Support to customer audit for capacity review

？New machine capacity parameter set up, tracking and update in coordination with plant management

？Support to capacity improvement project

?Shift arrangement of major work center

Coordination task with PL(considering the workload):

？Weekly capacity report for every work center and related report to global SCM

？Capacity balance for same machine with difference work center

？Monthly capacity performance review

Interface:

？Close cooperation with our customers, BC management and BK plants worldwide and Head of Global SCM Methods & Standards

？Contact partners for the topic/BU BK process "Global transfer project tracking"

？Coordinate the transfer project between producing plant and ordering plant

Job Requirements

？Bachelor’s degree or study of economics, business management, engineering or comparable studies with a focus on logistics

？Fluent in oral and written English, at least CET-4

？Be good at office software, especially for Excel

？Be good at SAP or other ERP system

？Experiences in the area "Automotive"

？Project management at least one year

？Experience for capacity analysis at least one years will be preferred

？Manufacture production planner at least three years will be preferred

？Experience in intercultural work environment, international experience desirable
