The Supply Chain (SC) Supplier Risk Analyst 2 is an intermediate level position responsible for participating in procurement activities such as defining the need for goods and services, negotiating price contracts and authorizing payment for goods and services in coordination with the Corporate Services team. The overall objective of this role is to acquire goods and services requested by company personnel in support of the company's business.

Responsibilities:

• Support financial risk evaluations and supplier risk assessments as well as contribute to supplier risk management projects
• Execute deliverables for and respond to client inquires and requests from business segments in various regions and countries
• Establish and maintain approved and preferred supplier relationships as administer registration activities and ongoing data for relationships requiring due diligence
• Apply specialty area knowledge to monitor, assess, analyze, and/or evaluate process and data
• Identify gaps and contribute to the formation of policies
• Apply specialty knowledge to interpret data and make recommendations
• Identify business issues and formulate recommendations based on policy, procedure or practice
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of supplier risk management
• Working knowledge of industry practices and standards
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
