• Actively and professionally drive the sales of all the company’s registered product in sales territory.

• Actively and regularly support the dealers in my sales territory to increase the sales of W&H products which will include product training to the sales team; customer visits, tender preparation, minor technical support; exhibition support and meeting support; provide brochures & specification of W&H products to ensure the smooth work of dealers’ market promotion/tender.

• Actively search out new dealers to ensure we have the best dealer network in area.

• Collect competitors’ market information & pass to immediate manager.

• Keep good relationship with all work colleagues, clients and all end users;

• Work with dealers to provide exceptional after sales service

• Contact and build good relationship with dental unit dealers/manufactures to sell W&H hand piece.

• Complete all company paperwork on time and in a professional manner.

• Provide W&H management with up to date market information.

• Provide company management suggestions for future sales activities/promotions or sales actions.
