Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for bulk delivery and testing of equipment, and on-site product failure service.
2. Responsible for the development, training, optimization and daily work docking of service centers and maintenance service centers.
3. Solving clients product quality problems, and providing CQM solutions.
4. Responsible for customer relationship management, committed to improving customer satisfaction.
5. Writing a guide to deal with product failures according to the needs of local clients.
6. Assisting commercial engineers to manage spare parts.

Qualifications:
1. At least 3 years related working experience.
2. Familiar with AC drive, servo drive, PLC and other automation products.
3. Willing to travel (50% of the time), hard-working, good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
4. Fluent English, oral and written.
