iSoftStone (NYSE: ISS) is looking for part-time Recruiters to join our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Department in our Beijing Headquarters, for a short term project.
The part time recruiter is dedicated to develop and execute recruiting plans in order to reach suitable applicants in your country.
As a member of the recruiting team, you will have the opportunity to ensure our department is functional and operating accordingly to fulfill all project requirements.

Responsibilities

-Utilize Internet for recruitment.
-Manage global job and sourcing platforms in your country
-Publish job openings in your country
-Source CVs and applicants through different platforms/channels
-Contribute to fulfill all Russian market requirements
-Report data; communicate feedback and issues to the Project Manager

Qualifications

-Russian/Japanese/Portuguese/Arabic native speaker
-Proficient level in English
-Living in Beijing currently
-Web literate
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Comfortable working online and odd shifts (ams/pms)
-Comfortable with flexible working schedules
-Professional in manner and presentation
