Royal Service Manager

 

To maintain the communication within different department and ensure all departments deliver smooth operations to achieve guest satisfaction while keeping guest safety as priority at all time. During night shift, is responsible to perform night audit and produce business reports as required.
 

Hotel Overview

Situated in Senayan Square at the South end of Jakarta's Central Business District, Fairmont Jakarta will feature 380 spacious guestrooms and 108 Fairmont branded suites. Additional features and amenities to the urban hotel include a number of lounges and several restaurants featuring a variety of culinary offerings. For corporate events and local galas, the hotel features 3,500 square meters of function space, including a 1,200 square meter ballroom.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage all request dispatched on Royal Service Management system
  • Monitor and dispatch all job request efficiently
  • Communicate and ensure update 
  • Follow through on guest complains and inquiries
  • Perform emergency procedure when necessary
  • Provide trainings and equipment for emergency procedure
  • Ensure team is ready to perform emergency procedure whenever needed
  • Conduct regular check on all operational supporting devices 
  • Communicate to concerned department upon interruption
  • Communicate to vendor to ensure smooth service delivery from vendor

 

Your experience and skills include:

  • Bachelor Degree in Tourism Study or similar degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the same position in 5 star hotel 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Offices and Internet browser
  • Advance level of Opera PMS is a benefit
  • Knowledge on PABX system is an asset
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
  • Service oriented with an eye for details
  • Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team 
  • Good presentation and influencing skills 
  • Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures 
  • Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively 
  • Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated and energetic
