Peppers Silo Hotel is an inspiring $30 million redevelopment of the Kings Wharf grain silos in Launceston, Tasmania. The nine storey hotel consists of 108 rooms, including 52 in the barrels of the former silos, and overlooks the nearby tourist drawcards of Seaport, Royal Park, the Tamar River Basin and Cataract Gorge. A vibrant level 1 houses a 200 seat restaurant, café, cocktail bar, lounge and a number of meeting rooms.

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a mature, experienced, people savvy Rooms Division Manager to lead the Peppers Silo Team. This is busy role has a strong Front Office focus.
Reporting to the General Manager you will have the experience and ability to assume full responsibility for the smooth running of the Rooms Division. Cool under pressure in a fast paced environment, your incident management is second to none. You’re calm, consistent and professional manner creates a stable and harmonious team focused on friendly service, empowered decision making and continuously improving what they do.
A driven problem solver, you will have a creative approach to overcoming sticky situations and a proven track record of developing others. Your experience in implementing revenue generating strategies will ensure you identify opportunities to improve departmental efficiencies and financial growth.
