As a Risk Review Specialist, you will be responsible for responsible for contract review, Letter of Authorization (LOA) and Power of Attorney (POA) review, and risk review related work for CNDMX, in Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China.

Reporting to the Business Controller, you will coordinate and get support from country legal, insurance and IP function, to ensure key contract terms are in line with ABB requirement.

Your responsibilities

• Reviewing company sales and purchasing contracts to identify the risks and revise the contract terms according to ABB policy and company requirement
• Coordinating and getting support from country legal, insurance and IP function, to ensure key contract terms are in line with ABB requirement
• Supporting sales to negotiate with the customer for the contract terms, if required
• Sales contract chop management, ensuring all contracts to be stamped are in line with the approved T&Cs
• Being familiar with EL Division guideline and company policy regarding risk review
• Initiating and completing risk review according to group guideline. Coordinating and leading the risk review meeting if required
• Providing risk review training to sales and other functions. Reviewing and revising LOA and POA to ensure all LOA and POA issued could meet company requirement
• Performing customer credit review and providing other commercial support if required

Your background

• 3 to 4 years of contract review experiences in related area with good understanding of project risk analysis
• Sound knowledge and understanding of Contract Law / Terms and Conditions
• Good at Microsoft Software: Excel, Power Point etc.
• A bachelor’s degree or above, major in Finance, Law, International trade, Economic related
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Strong cross function coordination skills, good teamwork spirit, problem-solving skill
• Good communication skill
