Responsibilities

• To be a team member of Credit Risk Management Department
• To review the loan loss allowance to ensure its adequacy and compliance to the credit guideline, regulatory requirements and IFRS 9 Accounting Standard
• To perform analysis and identify the key drivers attributable to the movement in impairment loss among various business lines
• To review and analyse the asset quality (mainly, impairment loss and impaired loan ratio) of the Bank Group with reference to information reported by Risk Owners
• To prepare management reports regularly to the Credit Committee
• To participate in projects for enhancing the impairment loss calculation tools
• To review and monitor the budget and projection on key figures related to asset quality and conduct impact analysis on risky accounts for the Bank Group

Requirements

• University graduate or Relevant Professional Qualification
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Banking and Finance covering the following:
  
  • At least 2 years’ experience in similar position
  • Hands-on experience in Impairment Assessment / MIS analysis and database management
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
