Risk Manager (Policy & Credit Monitoring) (Job ID: 2671)

Responsibilities

• To review credit policies and guidelines for proper adherence to regulatory requirements and in line with the Bank’s risk appetite and strategy
• To perform independent post-lending review and monitoring, identify exceptions and irregularities, and propose appropriate actions and measures
• To prepare relevant proposals and reports to management
• To undertake enhancement measures on credit risk control framework according to directions from management and regulator 
• To carry out ad hoc credit risk related projects as required

Requirements

• University graduate, major in Business, Finance, Risk Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years’ practical banking experience, preferably in credit policy formulation or credit control and monitoring
• Self-motivated, attentive to details and able to work under pressure
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Hands on experience in Microsoft Office
