Responsibilities：

• Responsible for full spectrum of risk management, especially in investment projects
• To be a member of Project Assessment Committee to provide pre-risk assessment and advice for the Committee and management
• Oversee throughout the entire project cycle to assess and identify risks, use risk management methods to prevent, avoid, track and control risks
• Analyze and assess the relevant risks in new businesses/projects/products due diligence
• Establish, develop, implement and maintain the risk management policies and framework
• Coordinate regular assessment and monitor risks using various risk indicators
• Provide updates on regulations and industry to ensure internal risk policies are complied with
• Liaise with the Group Company, other departments and regulators
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements： 

• Degree holder in Risk Management, Accounting, Finance, Law or related discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, with experience in Financial Service company or bank will be advantage
• Has knowledge of Hong Kong & PRC commercial laws with Chinese company background will be preferable
• Stable team player and strong organizational skills
• Strong in Ms Office and Chinese word processing is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with good report-writing skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is preferable
