Main Purpose of the Job
The Revenue Analyst has responsibility to maximize revenues to achieve budgeted and forecasted revenue targets in primarily transient rooms and group conference/events and group leisure ad-hoc.
Strategically the role focuses on trend recognition, demand anticipation and opportunity analysis. Tactically the position is responsible for developing and implementing systems, practices and tools aimed at these revenues through balancing demand and revenue maximization techniques, tools include EzRMS.
The position is also responsible for ensuring optimal presentation and maximization of business opportunities through brand websites, 3rd party websites, CRO and GDS.
Responsible for extracting and creating summary of competitor positioning through tools such as GDS, STR and OTA insight to gather intelligence to develop pricing strategy.
Once pricing strategy is set it Analyst is required to be load information via Accor’s Revenue Management system (RMS) - DataWeb.
Work Experience
- Experience using of pricing management tool- EzRMS.
- Familiarity with extraction of data using price comparing tool- OTA insight and STR.
- 2 years’ work experience in similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Hospitality and Tourism Management.
- Knowledge of AccorHotels Revenue Management System (RMS)-DataWeb
- Ability to configure and load rates in Property management system (PMS)- Opera
