Job Description

About the position:

The Training supervisor is responsible for regional training and training project implementation and follow up as well as managing the effectiveness of training delivery process.


Principal job responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review training plan with Senior Manager, Retail Academy
  • Train all store staff on new and updated training programs (e.g. On-boarding training, product drop training, soft skill training, etc…)
  • Coordinate with Retail Operations team to implement training and follow up
  • Train the store staff on APP (Pandora E-learning system) and monitor the completion rate
  • Ensure all the new joiners are trained and in compliance with PANDORA China Way of Service
  • Deliver trainings including but not limit to Product, Service, Selling Skill, Retail Store Mgmt and basic leadership.
  • Collab with retail team and develop training content, including but not limit to Product, Service, selling skill/selling language, etc.
  • Address any concerns store managers might have toward a specific employee’s level of proficiency in what he/she was trained to do
  • Assess store staff regularly to ensure that they are in line with the company standard & guidelines
  • Schedule regular store visit and spend minimum 50% of working hours in the field coaching and demonstrating PANDORA China Way of Service
  • Apply the KPI and Mystery shopper program for constant feedback and improvement
  • Develop store staff’ skills to improve their productivity and the caliber of their work


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experiences in retail training
  • Retail or Operations background preferred
  • Degree holder
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent logical thinking and planning skill
  • Passion in jewelry and fashion accessories
  • Proactive, organized and detail-minded
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external parties
  • Pleasant personality, flexible, and good listening skills
  • Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in PC skills, such as MS office, reporting tools and Chinese word processing etc.
  • Experience in digital and social training content creation or delivery is a plus
