They are now looking for potential candidates in handling the titled position.

Job Description

- Open/close the store.
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and orders follow-up
- Processes customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assists in maintenance of office and under stock, to enable efficient replenishment
- Displays general product knowledge of all categories
- Maintain a clean, food safe, and organised working environment
- Handle ad-hoc duties

Person specification

- Diploma or above
- N2 or above level of Japanese skill is preferable
- Fresh is welcome
- Have related experience is preferable
- Good communication skill, Likes pet, interested in Japanese products
