Mission of the position
To operate within the Retail Operations Team, reporting directly to the General Manager of China, responsible for assisting in driving operational excellence, building and maintaining company standards for stores both internally and with partnerships, commercial coordination, administrative / commercial / operational procedures follow up for the assigned region.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Admin assistance to GM and other ad hoc assignments
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports, including but not limited to retail operations/ merchandising/visual merchandising reports, competitors reports, store performance analysis, KPI benchmarking, etc.;
In coordination with retail operations/Merchandising/Visual Merchandising, organize meetings and follow up matters or issues arisen from relevant meetings;
Support the GM in controlling department budget covering both corporate and field;
Collect request summary from retail operations/merchandising/visual merchandising, provide it to the GM, and transmit feedback to supporting functions (Internal & External);
Prepare and handle payment requisitions/ invoice/ repair form/ manual ticket printing promptly and efficiently, monitor and control department T&E
Assist the GM to build strong cross-functional relationships within the organization.
Job Qualifications & Specifications
- University Degree or above
- At least 1-2 years’ work experience in retail industry; luxury is a plus
- Fluent in Mandarin and English and in both written and oral communication·
Good PC skills and familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Well organized and effective time management (multi-tasking)
Smart, strong communication skill, with good attitude
Independent thinking, detail oriented
Strong desire to learn and to execute
Good sense of figure & emergency (prioritizing skill & time management)
