Responsibilities:

Trade Marketing

• Strategic trade planning on achieving annual sales and marketing share target,could including:
• ?Sales
• ?GP
• ?Stock :( promotion stock + POG over W13)
• ?OI (exclude new line & promoter)
• ?New Product Launch support
• ?Marketing Event support
• ?In-store demo / external roadshow arrangement
• Follow up with the delivery of every piece of non-ATL related brand contents and trade materials
• Communicate trade activities and support product training to BA team

In Store Promotion/ management

• Improve branded store shopping experience
• Plan and execute annual in store promotion plan, set up promotion calendar, and clear promotion guidelines by category
• Prepare VM,DM, POP .etc for stores in different locations
• Follow up and analyze business feedback and data from the market, continuously optimize promotion plans accordingly.

PR&Events

• Cultivate PR communication strategy and leverage PR communication to enhance brand awareness and maximize positive exposure opportunities
• PR/road show agencies management to drive optimal ROI
• Crisis management.

Projects

• Follow up projects accordingly
• ?New media /communication opportunities

Requirements:

• Over 3 years work experience in trade marketing field
• Experience in PR agency is preferred
• University graduate
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Can work under pressure and independently
• Good communication and negotiation skill
• Team player
• Strong Experience on Skin/Cosmetic Buying/Sales
• Good collaboration with others
